What's up all,

I was watching a play through of starcraft2 and felt inspired by the Adjutant. Though only a machine, I wanted to capture emotion in the lifeless form.

I did my best to represent the mechanical doo-dads and what-nots on the back of the head. I really couldn't figure out where some of that stuff went.

Additionally, I've been wanting to get the hang of the painterly feeling in my work. Drawing inspiration from [link] I worked on one layer with one brush for the value segment. Then used a couple color layers on top of that. It took about 3hrs. I am pretty pleased.
